I love love love to cook and find a ton of comfort in it.  I am a real and natural ingredient user and would say almost half of my ingredients are Montana made or grown including eggs that come from our front yard chickens!

Most dishes, including soups, can be delivered ready for the oven or the freezer, your choice.

I can do gluten and dairy free but check with me first. As you know, the ingredients are pretty costly.

Please have orders and any other requests (always welcome) to me by Sunday or Monday at the very latest.  Late requests will require a rice milk caramel steamer delivered to my home.  heidijfry@gmail.com  or 581-0048 :)

Have a great week!
Blessings,

Heids
